The Spirit of Vincennes Inc. is a non-profit organization and relies heavily on volunteers to maintain the grounds; to plan, organize and conduct the Rendezvous; and to perform all other functions of the organization.

Volunteers are needed to:

 

Maintain grounds

Pick up litter

Help with planning and organizing

Man the entrance gates

Set up for the event

Serve on one of the organizations committees

Work with the Children’s activities

Clean up after the event

And many more tasks and duties
